Super Girl Surf Pro 2021

The Only All-Female Action Sports Comp & Lifestyle Series In The World

The energy was at an all-time high in Oceanside this weekend during the 14th annual Super Girl Surf Pro—the only community event of its kind. It’s free to attend and connects surfers, skaters, musicians, and other female creatives from all over the world through a shared mission of empowering the next generation of women.

Our girl Carissa Moore (Olympic Gold Medalist & 5X World Surfing Champion) led the charge with her non-profit ‘Moore Aloha’, which uses surfing to mentor young girls both in and out of the water. Seeing them make flower crowns, practice yoga and paddle out as a crew in between heats was definitely a highlight for us.

Supergirl Pro 2021

On the contest side of things, Sun Bum ambassador and local charger Caity Simmers absolutely dominated her way to the finals and placed 2nd overall—Yew! All in all, this weekend was a total success and solidified why it's one of our favorite events to be a part of.
